Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our offer is aimed exclusively at private end consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or independent activity.

2. Contracting parties & conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Happy Ventures GmbH.

The presentation of our products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product presentation. You can initially place items in your shopping cart and correct your details at any time during the ordering process. You only place a binding order by clicking the "Buy now" button.

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email . The contract is concluded depending on the selected payment method:

  • Credit card: By completing the payment transaction and confirming your credit card details, we accept your offer.

  • PayPal, PayPal Express: After being redirected to PayPal and confirming your payment, your order will be bindingly accepted.

  • Sofortüberweisung (Klarna, GiroPay, SEPA): The contract is concluded with a successful payment order on the respective provider platform.

  • Amazon Pay: After payment confirmation via Amazon, your order will be completed.

  • Klarna Invoice: Your order will be accepted either by a separate order confirmation or by shipping the goods within two working days.

3. Contract language & storage of the contract text

The contract language is German . The contract text will be saved, and you will receive an order confirmation including our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the contract text at any time in your customer account.

4. Delivery conditions & shipping

We only ship to addresses within the EU . Shipping is free within these countries.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information and must be reshipped, we will charge a flat rate of €6.99 for the reshipment. Therefore, please check your details carefully before completing your order.

5. Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  • credit card

  • PayPal, PayPal Express

  • Instant bank transfer (Klarna, SEPA, GiroPay)

  • Amazon Pay

  • Klarna purchase on account

You will receive further information about payment terms during the ordering process.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage

If your order arrives with visible transport damage, please report this to the delivery driver immediately and inform us. Filing a complaint will not affect your legal rights, but it will help us handle the dispute with the transport provider.

8. Warranty & Guarantee

All items offered are subject to statutory liability for defects. Should a defect occur and be discovered within one year of receipt of the goods, the statutory warranty periods apply.

In the case of used goods, liability for defects is excluded if the defect only occurs after one year.

9. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period begins on the day of delivery.

The customer bears the return shipping costs. You can find detailed cancellation instructions in our cancellation policy .

10. Right of exchange

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an extended, voluntary 30-day right of exchange .

Conditions for exchange:
✔️ The goods must be unworn and in their original condition
✔️ All accessories and original packaging must be included
✔️ The exchange is only valid for items purchased in the Kraftwerk Sports online shop

Exchanges by the recipient are only possible if all customer data of the original purchaser is available.

11. Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. In this case, the purchase contract becomes a return obligation. We will refund the purchase price, less any additional costs, within 14 days .

12. Discount codes & special offers

Volume discounts & discount codes:

  • Each discount code is valid once per customer and order .

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • If part of the order is returned, the discount may be invalidated if the minimum order quantity is not met.

Bundles & Set Offers:

  • Discounts for bundles only apply if all included items are kept.

  • If a single item from a bundle is returned, the retained products will be billed at the regular price.

13. Disclaimer

Our liability is limited to damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

We are fully liable for:
✔ Damage to life, body or health
✔ Intentional or grossly negligent fault
✔ Guarantee commitments or claims under the Product Liability Act

In the event of negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

14. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
